  • 1 cup beef broth

  1. Let the pork get to around room temperature by leaving it out of the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Cover the pork with your favorite rib rub.
  3. Put the pork in the pan fat side up and pour in about a half inch of beef broth. Cook at 300°F until the internal temp is 180°F. This is about 45 minutes per pound. Add more broth if it dries up.
  4. Take the pork out and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Raise the temperature of the oven to 475°F. Cook the roast for about 15 minutes until the outside is crispy and brown enough for you. Eat once it cools down a bit.
